In the US, obesity and overweight is considered as a strong disease that causes about 500,000 deaths a year. It costs about 123,000,000$  (123 million dollars) a year in the North American countries which sounds really bad for the economy.

Everyone suffering from obesity and overweight might ask this question: what can I do to get rod of it?

The first thing we need to understand is that we gain weight and become overweighted by consuming more calories than the body normally requires and burns. It is believed that the body needs about 2,000 calories a day to perform its core functions properly. I’ll provide you with some tips and advices to lose weight, or at least to keep fit.

  • When you buy any food product, read the label carefully to have the nutritional information and the amount of calories in it. Be sure to consume products that are low in sugar, saturated fat, carbohydrates, but high in protein.
  • It is preferred to chew a bite more than 10 times for about 10 seconds, eat slowly and you’ll fell already full quickly.
  • Have 5 small meals a day in stead of 1, 2, or 3 huge ones. make the time between the meals shorter, and the amount much smaller. make them sugar and fat free, and of course, keep an eye over the calorie count.
  • Exercise at least 4 times a week, for at least 30 minutes per session. Talk to your doctor and trainer, and they will guide you to  the best exercise according to your body and health requirements.
